Amiga Atari ST Optical Mouse w/ nice adapter and extension

For sale Optical Mouse compatible with:
Commodore Amiga and Atari ST series computers.
These days I am so used to the accuracy and ease-of-use of optical mice, I found the old ball mice so clunky. I wanted a good replacement for the old ball mouse, and using an older PS/2 optical mouse with an adapter worked great! These mice were black, but I sprayed a fresh coat of tough enamel that is a close match to vintage computers. I painted just the top, for a nice two-tone look (see pictures).
Most adapters are okay as-is, but when used with Atari ST, I just wished it wouldn't sit crooked (see picture). Plus I didn't like the +5v exposed, and moving jumpers to change modes was clunky. So with a protective ABS plastic box and integrated cord, it fits great underneath an Atari ST. I even added a switch (instead of jumpers), which makes switching between Atari and Amiga simple.
As with many of my listings, once I find a solution for myself I like to pass it along. It takes me some time to make the box, and solder the cord and the components, but I think the end result works well.
