    Description

    I believe that these were made by Metabo for Porter Cable in the 80's, it is identical to a Metabo I had years ago.  This has been a fantastic machine for many years, only selling because it is a spare.  It WILL need new carbide prior to use, as one of the knives is shattered and the other is questionable.  Otherwise excellent, fence/guard and depth stop included.  This planer has a very nice adjustable chip chute to deflect in the opposite direction from where you are standing--a worthwhile feature.  I always ran the regular Makita knives available everywhere in this one without incident.  As this is a used power tool, though in good working order at this time no warranty is expressed or implied.  Free USA shipping.
