This is a super rare 1101A PMOS made by Microsystems International, white ceramic and super early date code.  This has been in my collection for over 20 years.  These microsystem branded ones do not come around often, and this is a huge piece of silicon history.  What you see in the photos is what you get.  This is the real stuff.  I do not sell Chinese counterfeit junk.
