    NOS 256K RAM Card for IBM 5140 Convertible Computer - See Pics!  This is a really cool piece for IBM collectors!  In very nice condition, please see pics!  This item was purchased from a non-climate controlled environment.  We have other opened software packages with disks which are working fine from the same location, but there is always a chance that any media may have an issue.  Thanks for looking!  The price is for one, we have a total of 14 available.
