Listed is a brand new bare board of 512KB SRAM expansion for the Tandy 1000 EX/HX.  You can substitute the 74LSxxx series with 74
HCT
xxx series *NOT* 74HCxxx series!!!  Buy ALL your chips from digikey.com, because they are AUTHENTIC and good prices.  Don't trust chips sold on eBay!
