Go to the schematic link, and there is a button near the end of the page that you can click on to order all the parts from the BOM.  Looks like the creator of this board (Tian Feng) sells all the parts as well.  I have NO relation to him -- mostly passing on this info.
The “Triple Bypass” (3BP for short) is a board that bypasses the audio and video circuits of a Sega Genesis, as well as the DIN (on a model 1).  It has become a true open source project with
many
amazing contributors.
This should be considered an expert-only mod and will (in most cases) disable composite video output.
IMPORTANT
The board is sold AS IS.
THIS BOARD IS DESIGNED ONLY FOR THE C64's CARTRIDGE PORT.  IT IS NOT DESIGNED TO FIT IN A CARTRIDGE CASING, AND IT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR THE COMMODORE 128'S CARTRIDGE PORT, WHICH IS A BIT SMALLER THAN THE C64's CARTRIDGE PORT.
YOU WOULD HAVE TO SAND OFF THE SIDES OF THE BOARD A LITTLE BIT TO HAVE IT FIT STRAIGHT INTO THE COMMODORE 128's CARTRIDGE PORT.
